Search Term Relevance

Products that closely match the search query or category are given priority to ensure that customers find what they are looking for quickly and easily.

Distance from Buyer

Mystore also takes into account the proximity of sellers to customers to prioritize faster delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Order of Sorting Parameters

The weightage given to the distance between the seller and the buyer vary depending on the nature of the product categories.

• For categories other than F&B, search term is given priority over distance
• For F&B category, distance from buyer is given priority over search relevance.

Catalog Minimum Standards

Mystore rejects products that do not meet the ONDC protocol specification. Products must meet the following criterion

• The product must have all the required fields defined as defined in the current ONDC protocol specification.
• The product must have valid level1 and level2 categories as per the ONDC protocol taxonomy.
• The product must have one or more images that describes the product. The images should have minimum resolution of 300px x 300px. The images should not be placeholder images or seller logos.
• The product must have one of the two statuary groups. Each of the statuary groups have several fields defined that are mandatory to comply with legal metrology and other laws.

Timely Delivery

The performance of sellers, including factors like order fulfillment, shipping speed, are taken into account. Sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver their orders on time (where the SLA violation rate is more than 10% of orders) might be unpublished.

Customer Grievances

Sellers that have higher customer complaints (where the customer complaint rate is more than 10% of total orders) might be unpublished.

Sponsored Results

Mystore might show certain sponsored products or sellers along with the search results. In such cases, Mystore will clearly differentiate the sponsored products from the organic results.
