Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Mystore and leading brands in India, effectively coordinating and mapping their unique business models to Mystore and ONDC.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various Ecommerce business models, including D2C, B2B, and Hyperlocal, and leverage this knowledge to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
• Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with brands, conducting thorough research before interactions, and proactively addressing their requirements and concerns.
• Take ownership of the entire proposal creation process, delivering high-quality proposals in a timely manner that align with brand expectations and the Mystore vision.
• Anticipate brand needs, think strategically, and propose innovative ideas that enhance their business potential, positioning Mystore as a trusted partner.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical tasks, creating detailed user stories for the development team to ensure efficient execution.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Ecommerce industry.
• A profound understanding of the Ecommerce landscape, with expertise in various business models such as D2C, B2B, and Hyperlocal.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with brands and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and self-driven, taking the initiative to conduct thorough research and anticipate brand needs before engaging in discussions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver proposals within tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to create impactful proposals that effectively convey complex concepts and align with brand objectives.
• Proficiency in mapping business requirements to technical tasks, creating user stories, and collaborating with development teams.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to suggest innovative ideas and drive brand growth.

What we are looking for:

• Review and approve seller applications, ensuring they meet our platform's standards and requirements.
• Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, including account setup registration, KYC Completion, and product catalog upload and order management.
• Collaborate with the Technical team, Marketing team, and customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sellers.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
• Continuously optimize the user experience to improve conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers/Brands, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all e-commerce-related activities align with the company's overall objectives and goals.
